Job Title: Behaviour Support Worker - Teaching Assistant Role

Position: Teaching Assistant

Type of Work: Full-time

Contract Type: Long-term Temp

Minimum Rate of Pay: GBP95+ per day

Hours: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm

We are a dedicated and inclusive school in Crosby, Liverpool, where every child's individual needs are supported to ensure they reach their full potential. We are now looking for a passionate Behaviour Support Worker to transition into a Teaching Assistant role, working closely with students who need additional behavioural and emotional support.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience working with children or young people with behavioural challenges (e.g., in schools, care settings, or youth work).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport with students, particularly those who may be disengaged or struggling.
  • A calm, patient, and proactive approach, ready to provide guidance and consistency to students in need of support.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • To be considered for this role, you must:
  • Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
  • Have an enhanced DBS certificate registered with the online update service, or be willing to process a new application.
  • Provide two professional references related to childcare, education, or behaviour support.
