Job Summary

Kate Spade New York is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Braintree, ESS, GB. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring a customer-focused sales floor environment and assisting store management in achieving sales and service goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist store management in creating a high-energy sales and service-focused environment
  • Ensure all customers are serviced according to Kate Spade's approach standard
  • Inspire team members to meet and exceed performance standards
  • Take initiative to act on development needs and maintain a confident and commanding floor presence
  • Act as an advocate for the team and create partnerships with team members
  • Represent the brand appropriately in all situations

Requirements

  • Experience in a retail service environment in a position of management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff and maneuver the sales floor
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
