Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our Kate Spade team in Braintree, ESS, GB. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring a customer-focused sales floor environment and driving store productivity and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist store management in maintaining a high-energy sales floor environment that meets Kate Spade standards.
  • Ensure all customers receive exceptional service and are serviced according to the Kate Spade approach standard.
  • Lead and inspire the team to meet and exceed performance standards.
  • Take initiative to address development needs and maintain a confident and commanding floor presence.
  • Act as an advocate for the team and create partnerships with team members.
  • Represent the Kate Spade brand in all situations.

Requirements

  • Experience in a retail service environment in a management position.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff and drive sales.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
