We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Officer to join our team at NATS. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting regulatory medicals and providing expert advice on occupational health matters.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work with a leading air navigation service provider, handling over 2 million flights each year. As a Medical Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and wellbeing of our employees and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have full GMC registration and licence to practice, with experience in occupational medicine and leadership skills. A current or eligible CAA Class 1 Approved Medical Examiner status is also essential.

Key Responsibilities- Conduct regulatory medicals for Aeromedical Centre
- Provide specialist occupational medical advice
- Perform renewal medicals at various NATS sites
- Lead the administrative team and assist oversight of clinic operations
The role involves working primarily based at Swanwick Centre, Hampshire, with regular visits to Prestwick Centre, Ayrshire, and travel to other NATS Airports sites as required.
