Housekeeping Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Team Leader to join our team at Heythrop Park Hotel.

About the Role

As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the housekeeping team, ensuring that all guests enjoy a high-quality stay in a perfectly kept room. You will work closely with the Housekeeping Manager and other Housekeeping Team Leaders to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional results
  • Ensure that all rooms are prepared to the highest standards for guest arrival
  • Manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements
  • Coach and develop team members to improve performance
  • Create a rewarding environment that encourages high team engagement

Requirements

  • Experience of leading a team in a similar role
  • Management or cleaning qualification or willingness to develop to this level
  • Ability to manage costs in line with budgets
  • Effective communicator with the ability to clearly articulate ideas
