Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and professional Receptionist to join our team at Grosvenor Casinos in Newcastle upon Tyne. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of an efficient and professional admission point, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and company procedures.
