Car Sales Specialist

We Buy Any Car is the UK's favourite car-buying service, with over 500 branches and a rapid expansion pace.
Salary: £25,380 per year (OTE £32,400)
Bonus: Monthly and annual bonuses based on company performance.
Working Hours: 42.5 hours per week, with a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on, 2 days off, including weekends.
We are seeking enthusiastic, passionate, honest, and service-driven individuals to join our team as Car Sales Specialists.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- First-and-foremost, you will be buying cars, ensuring efficient branch operations, and providing exceptional customer service.
- You will contact customers, prioritise your diary, and achieve appointments and targets.
- You will appraise cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Liaise with the back office and work colleagues effectively.
Requirements:
- A current full UK manual driving license.
- Experience working in a target-driven environment.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
- Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
- Organisation and prioritisation of workload.
- Building lasting relationships with clients/customers.
- Excellent administration and IT skills.
