Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our finance team and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that align with our company's vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly management accounts and year-end financial statements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and profitability.
  • Manage post-acquisition integration of businesses to ensure effective systems, processes, and timely group reporting.
  • Establish systems for managing and reporting cash flow to maximize liquidity and minimize financial risk.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading a finance team and developing financial strategies that drive business growth.
  • Expertise in group financial reporting and process management improvements.
  • Recognized accountancy qualification.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in a variety of accounting systems and MS Office, with excellent Excel skills.
