As a Sales Executive at Vans Direct Newport, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for generating van renewal opportunities through outbound calls and emails to existing customers. Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs while building strong relationships with prospects and customers.

**Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to existing customers to generate van renewal opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, tracking all interactions and progress in CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments to help deliver effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, consistently achieving monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and customers, establishing trust and credibility in Vans Direct.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating and coordinating efforts with other sales representatives, marketing, and support teams.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of leads and opportunities.

**Benefits:** As a Sales Executive at Vans Direct, you can expect a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
