Technical Author Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Author to join our team at Project Partners. As a Technical Author, you will be responsible for producing high-quality documentation to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce comprehensive Handover Documentation, including Operations & Maintenance Manuals, Training Plans, Health & Safety Files, and Asset Data Registers.
  • Liaise with Site Teams and external suppliers to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
  • Develop and maintain documentation standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation meets client needs.
  • Work to tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in producing technical documentation, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the utilities industry and construction site Health & Safety rules.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Full driving license (essential).
  • CSCS and EUSR National Water Hygiene qualifications desirable.
