Dynamic CRM Campaign Manager

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? We're seeking a talented CRM Campaign Manager to join our in-house Marketing team at E.ON Next in London.
About the RoleThis pivotal position involves driving growth and enhancing customer value through comprehensive CRM campaigning. You will be responsible for identifying business requirements, developing CRM marketing strategies, and collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver communications planning and creative assets.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic CRM Planning: Develop actionable KPIs aligned with home solutions goals, translating business requirements into strategic plans.
- Data-Driven Campaign Management: Leverage data to optimise campaign performance, ensuring all CRM initiatives align with strategic objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring CRM campaigns support broader business requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with E-commerce, Digital, and other teams to enhance customer journeys and conversion rates.
- Performance Monitoring: Oversee the creation and maintenance of performance dashboards, supporting your team in reporting and optimisation.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Demonstrated CRM Campaign Management Experience: Proven ability to own and manage end-to-end campaigns, influencing business requirements.
- Strategic Development: Strong experience in developing and executing CRM strategies, including campaign and customer journey strategies.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to use data to inform decisions and improve outcomes, with a proven track record in performance-based campaigning.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate changing priorities.
- Digital Proficiency: Experience with automated marketing software solutions and a strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
