Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Vocational Skills Coach to join our team at Learning Curve Group in Kent. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs in Health and Social Care, working closely with employers and learners to achieve success.

The ideal candidate will have vocational experience in the area of delivery, excellent communication and coaching skills, and a passion for transforming people's lives through learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver a training program that ensures a robust ILP and regular review of learner progress.
  • Ensure all learner records and reporting are kept up to date and provided in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate the teaching of any functional skills qualifications required by apprentices.
  • Provide robust exit advice to learners as they set personal goals for career progression.

With a strong focus on blended learning, you will work effectively with both online and face-to-face support, utilizing your self-reliant and organized approach to manage your workload.

In exchange for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.

  • Vocational experience in the area of delivery (Essential)
  • Maths & English at Level 2 or above (Essential)
  • Teaching Qualification at Level 3 (Desirable)
  • Assessors Qualification at Level 3 (Desirable)
