Senior Night Care Assistant

Xealthcare Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Night Care Assistant to join our team at a residential care home in Gainsborough. As a Senior Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care and assistance to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a team of healthcare assistants to deliver exceptional care and support to residents.
- Oversee daily operations, coordinate care plans, and act as a point of contact for residents and their families.
- Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Monitor and record residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
- Minimum of NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care required.
- Prior experience in a care setting or similar role preferred.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine interest in the well-being of elderly individuals.
- Competitive hourly rate of £13.56 per hour plus incentives.
