Adamson and AAI's London office is seeking a skilled Architect with expertise in Revit to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience working on mid- to high-rise office projects and residential buildings, with a strong understanding of Uniclass and Revit.
The successful Architect will work closely with the design team to deliver construction documents and manage the design process for high-rise and large-scale office and residential buildings. Key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing detailed scale drawings and specifications for regulatory approvals
- Coordinating with primary MEP/Structural Consultants
- Managing client liaison and design team members
- Developing a strong understanding of building regulations and standards
The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a solid ability to work with accuracy and take responsibility for their own work. They will be self-motivated and capable of assuming increasing responsibility for both current and future projects.
