Role Overview:

HKS Architects Ltd is seeking a Senior Architect to lead our Hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and project management, with expertise in Revit and other relevant software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of architects in planning and developing project solutions.
  • Collaborate with project managers to define project work plans and schedules.
  • Apply creative thinking to achieve innovative design solutions.
  • Develop and modify complex implementation documents to incorporate design intent.
  • Supervise the preparation of documents by the architectural team.
  • Manage technical resolution and coordination for the project.
  • Write reports and specifications for assigned projects.
  • Maintain open communication with clients and provide guidance throughout projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to incorporate engineering systems and respond to requests for information.
  • Maintain awareness of risk management for potential project issues.

Qualifications:

  • Accredited Master's degree in Architecture (RIBA Part III or transferable equivalent).
  • Proficiency in architectural software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D modeling software.
  • Experience with graphic software such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Advanced knowledge of architectural building systems, accessibility guidelines, and QA/QC process.
  • Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
