Vector Recruitment Solutions is seeking skilled HGV Class 2 drivers to join our client's highways team in New Alresford, Hampshire. As a key player in maintaining essential infrastructure, you will operate the Vacuum Tanker (Gully Tanker) with utmost safety and play a crucial role in maintaining the roadside drainage network.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Operate the Vacuum Tanker (Gully Tanker) with utmost safety
  • Maintain the roadside drainage network
  • Work in pairs, distributing the workload effectively
Working Hours and Pay Rate
  • Monday to Friday
  • Day and night shifts available
  • Day Shift: 6 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Night Shift: 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM
  • 10 hours per shift, totalling a 50-hour workweek
  • Day Shift: £13.39 per hour
  • Night Shift: £16.74 per hour
Requirements
  • Valid HGV Class 2 Licence
  • CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence)
  • Willingness to actively participate in the physical demands of the job
  • Previous experience in a road or drainage environment is beneficial, though not mandatory
