Executive Culinary Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Culinary Director to lead our kitchen team. As an integral part of our management team, you will be responsible for driving culinary excellence and delivering exceptional dining experiences.

• Develop and implement innovative menus that showcase the best of seasonal ingredients
• Lead a high-performing kitchen team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent standards
• Maintain impeccable food safety and hygiene practices, adhering to regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth

• Proven track record in senior culinary leadership roles, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Exceptional culinary skills, with a deep understanding of flavor profiles, texture, and presentation
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
• Experience with menu planning, inventory management, and food cost control

• A competitive salary range of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience
