About the Role

Job Summary:
As a key member of our security team at Cabaret Voltaire, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of customers and staff. Your primary responsibilities include monitoring crowds and queues, managing conflict situations, and providing a welcoming experience to all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage crowd levels to prevent congestion and maintain a safe environment
  • Deal with conflicts effectively, restraining and escorting individuals if necessary
  • Evaluate and respond to potential risks to customer and staff safety
  • Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons


Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a valid SIA Door Supervisor Badge and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Previous experience in a similar role within the night-time sector would be advantageous, as would availability to work flexible shifts, including late nights and weekends.
