Regional Customer Experience Director

- Customer Journey Champion: Demonstrate your commitment to delivering a 5-star customer experience by championing the customer journey.
- Team Development: Inspire and develop a collegiate regional Customer Care team capable of consistently delivering high levels of performance, showcasing clear evidence of delivering a 5-star customer service.
- Prioritization and Target Setting: Support the regional Customer Care team in setting daily, weekly, and monthly individual and team priorities and targets that optimize the customer experience.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent customer relationship management skills within online and face-to-face settings.
- Customer Service Expertise: Demonstrate excellent customer service communication skills, both written and verbal.
- IT Literacy: Be IT literate, especially in relation to Microsoft packages (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
- Customer Service Experience: Have experience working within a customer service role.
- Financial Understanding: Possess a working understanding of the financial implications of build methods and sequences.
- Holiday Entitlement: Enjoy a generous holiday entitlement of 26 days per annum + bank holidays.
