About the Role

This Mental Health Assistant position is based in Manchester and involves working with a specialist school to support students with social, emotional and mental health needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering personalized support to students, working closely with teachers and other staff members to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience working with children or young adults, preferably in an educational setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, families and colleagues
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to creating a positive learning environment

Salary Information:
