About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team and support our Directors based in EMEA. The ideal candidate will have multiple years of senior level leadership support experience and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing complex calendars and scheduling requirements, coordinating domestic and international travel, tracking key deliverables, and providing administrative support to our business leaders. This role requires a high level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and/or confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendar and scheduling requirements
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
  • Act as a liaison for executive's direct reports
  • Manage expense report coordination and submission

Requirements:

  • Multiple years of senior level leadership support experience
  • Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
  • Experience working with large global teams

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
