**About Inara:** Inara is a leading private healthcare organisation seeking an experienced and driven Programme Director to lead a major digital transformation project.
Key Responsibilities- **Lead the Successful Delivery of a Large-Scale Digital Transformation Project:** Oversee the entire lifecycle of a number of critical initiatives, driving innovation, change, and operational excellence across the business.
- **Effective Leadership:** Manage cross-functional teams including IT, Product, Delivery, and Engineering, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- **Strategic Relationships:** Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including third-party partners, to drive and manage the implementation of change both internally and externally.
- **Programme Operations:** Oversee day-to-day programme operations, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and budgets are effectively managed and met.
- **Process Improvements:** Identify and execute opportunities for process improvements, maximising the ROI on current technology investments and positioning the business for future growth.
- **Strategic Advisory:** Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team, contributing to business planning, decision-making, and forecasting, ensuring the company is prepared for future customer demands.
- **Operational Responsibility:** Take operational responsibility for the delivery of major projects, acting as a Board sponsor for critical initiatives.
- **Change Demand:** Provide ongoing monitoring of change demand within the organisation, ensuring that all transformation efforts align with the company's strategic objectives.
- **Proven Experience:** Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation programmes, from initiation to completion, with a strong focus on change management.
- **Project Management:** Extensive experience in project management, operational leadership, and process improvement, within an agile tech-driven environment.
- **Leadership Skills:** Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams across multiple departments.
- **Commercial Understanding:** A strong commercial and technological understanding, with the ability to influence at all levels, including Board members and senior stakeholders.
- **Certification:** Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required.
- **Background:** A background in Financial Services or similar regulated industries is desirable but not essential.
As a talented Programme Director, you will have the expertise and vision to drive this change, making a lasting impact on the business's future.
