Job Summary:

Cisco is seeking a skilled Wireless Technology Specialist to support product management activities for our industry-leading wireless business. As a key member of the Cisco Wireless team, you will be responsible for driving high-visibility initiatives, including evolving a winning product line strategy, building software differentiation, and conceptualizing adjacent product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and create impactful technical collateral to enable support, sales engineers, customers, and partners.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams through design, testing, and product launch.
  • Run beta and pilot programs.
  • Meet with customers and prospects to share our vision and understand their needs.
  • Act as a strong advocate for our partners to ensure alignment on completing our mission.
  • Review and prioritize customer-reported bugs and critical issues.

Requirements:

  • Multi-functional experience across product management, software engineering, and marketing.
  • Deep experience with WI-FI and associate areas.
  • Understanding of and experience with cloud technologies and software development.
  • Knowledge of network technologies like DHCP, DNS, and network topologies.
  • Ability to communicate complicated concepts to non-technical audiences.
