About the Role:
As a Regional Construction Leader at Severn Trent, you will play a critical part in shaping the future of our construction operations in the Midlands. We are looking for an experienced leader who can inspire and motivate a team of construction professionals to deliver exceptional results.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry, with a focus on project management, team leadership, and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction, including planning, execution, and delivery. Your goal will be to deliver high-quality projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our customers.

Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing and implementing effective project plans and timelines
2. Leading and motivating a team of construction professionals
3. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
4. Maintaining open communication with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
5. Analyzing and resolving construction-related issues
6. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed
7. Collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives
8. Providing ongoing training and development opportunities for team members
9. Managing budgets and resources effectively
10. Fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
