Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking experienced professionals to manage the financial aspects of construction projects in the East Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled quantity surveyors to work on various projects across different sectors, including education and training, healthcare, commercial and leisure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, excellent communication skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. They will be responsible for negotiating contracts with suppliers, managing budgets and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Salary: The salary range for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
