Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Compliance Specialist to join our team at ATEC Careers. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our IT systems and processes are compliant with relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, promote, and implement procedures to ensure IT and IT security compliance activities/audits are completed within the business.
  • Act as the IT champion, linking the IT function with all other areas within the business.
  • Document control: become a Q-Pulse super user, liaise with other ATEC departments to ensure documents being uploaded are contained within the correct template(s).
  • Proactively assist/lead the transition of documents from the DMS to Q-Pulse, offering guidance on how to transfer documents efficiently and effectively between the two systems.
  • Review and update document control procedures on a regular basis.
  • Conduct any other reasonable duties as the business requires.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of IT compliance and governance principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Q-Pulse and other document management systems.
