We are seeking a Catering Supervisor to join our team at Compass Group UK&I, where you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food is prepared and presented to our customers' satisfaction.
  • Supervise culinary and service teams to maintain impeccable standards and provide quality training.
  • Liaise with line managers to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and culinary/service teams to exceed expectations.
  • Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of two years of catering experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A Basic Food Hygiene certificate, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Experience of managing budgets and resources, and a proven track record of achieving business objectives.
