Head of Early Years and Primary Tests Development
Location: Cambridge UK & Hybrid
Contract: Permanent, Full time (35 hours per week)
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead the development of our international Early Years and Primary testing suite. As Head of Early Years and Primary Tests Development, you will be responsible for defining, designing, implementing, and maintaining the product development processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of Early Years and Primary testing, ensuring high-quality and effective management of project teams, schedules, budgets, and consultants.
- Seek and embed customer feedback, consulting with key customers during development projects.
- Project manage, ensuring high-quality and effective management of project teams, schedules, budgets, and consultants.
- Represent the team in cross-divisional projects and customer-facing events.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in education, educational leadership, teaching and learning, publishing, assessment, and test design.
- Degree level education or equivalent, knowledge of UK and/or international education systems, and experience in leading and influencing stakeholders.
- Leading and managing complex projects, creating high-quality documents for publication, creative problem-solving, and experience in customer-facing events.
