Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Financial Professional to join our team at the Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in financial management and analysis, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve organizational goals
  • Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
  • Provide financial guidance and support to staff members
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive financial performance and growth

Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA) or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent financial analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Experience with financial software and systems

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
