Harris Hill Charity Recruitment Specialists is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Strategist to lead the charity's finance function. The ideal candidate will have significant demonstrable experience in finance within the charity sector, with a proven track record of effective financial planning, monitoring, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement the organisation's financial strategy for income generation, efficient operation, and future financial security.
  2. Prepare the annual budget and multi-year forecasts in consultation with senior management.
  3. Provide regular budget monitoring reports, cash flows, analysis, and insight to key stakeholders, including trustees and senior management.

The salary for this role is estimated at £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements
  1. Apart from substantial finance experience, it is expected that the individual has part or full qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc)
  2. Extensive knowledge and experience of financial management and accounting processes
  3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
