About the Role

We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our fantastic repairs and maintenance team at Home Group. As a multi skilled maintenance technician, you will carry out high-quality, right first-time maintenance across our responsive and void properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out bricklaying, repairs, maintenance, and property refurbishments to a high standard.
  • Deliver high-quality and compliant work, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to improve first-time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers' homes.
  • Be responsible for your own work, ensuring it is completed to a high standard and meets our quality expectations.

What You'll Need

  • City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in bricklaying or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
