Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor to join our team at AGM Construction Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on building surveying matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough building surveys and inspections to identify defects and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for clients, including cost estimates and feasibility studies.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in building surveying, with a strong background in construction and project management.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and skills, including AutoCAD and MS Project.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Professional certification in building surveying, such as RICS or CIOB.
