Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled People and Culture Manager to join our senior team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience, ensuring statutory compliance, and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support employees and Management Board with activities such as line managing the Inhouse Recruiter, supporting Line Managers with the six-monthly appraisal cycle, and facilitating appraisals.
  • Manage the weekly T@3 training schedule, quarterly Employee of the Quarter nominations, and regular Team Days/Gatherings to foster a strong team ethos.
  • Develop training modules for different roles within the organization, working closely with external HR Consultants for complex cases and annual statutory policy updates.
  • Ensure accurate administration and record keeping, maintaining up-to-date policies and procedures.
