As a leading home care services provider in Edinburgh, Nurse Seekers is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to ensure high standards are met and maintained across our company.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for ensuring that staff adhere to the SSSC code of conduct and that quality standards are upheld throughout all aspects of our business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of our quality management systems
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary
  • Providing training and support to staff to ensure they understand and meet quality standards
