Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced MEP BIM/Revit Engineer to join our rapidly growing business. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality MEP designs and models using Revit software.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver MEP systems for building and engineering projects, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and standards.
- Produce and revise technical drawings with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure effective project delivery.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and deliverables.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to improve project outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience as a CAD technician or MEP design engineer, preferably in the building services or construction industry.
- Highly proficient in Revit software and associated digital tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with ability to work flexibly and manage multiple projects.
- Relevant industry qualification and chartered professional status.
- Good knowledge of MEP systems, Revit models, and Office 365 suite of tools.
