Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MEP BIM/Revit Engineer to join our rapidly growing business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering building and engineering projects, working closely with our MEP design teams to produce high-quality Revit models and output drawings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver building and engineering projects, working closely with our MEP design teams.
  • Produce high-quality Revit models and output drawings, including setting up templates, model files, and multi-service coordination.
  • Review contractor's design models and perform clash detection.
  • Coordinate deliverables uploads and work closely with our BIM team to ensure BIM standards and compliance.
  • Assist the BIM team with COBie data drops and other digital tools.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience as a CAD technician, preferably in the building services or construction industry.
  • Highly proficient in Revit and knowledge of MEP systems and Revit models.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in producing and revising technical drawings.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
