Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team at HR-CL Limited. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, while also taking on leadership responsibilities and mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
  • Lead a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service
  • Monitor food costs, inventory, and quality control
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to achieve kitchen goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen
  • Proven track record of leadership and team management
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
