The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience as a Workshop Controller within the HGV or associated sectors, and will possess strong organizational and leadership skills. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.

Job Description:

This role involves scheduling and supervising the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of commercial vehicles, as well as organizing service and repair documentation, adhering to company standards and legal requirements. You will also be responsible for monitoring housekeeping across all workshop sections, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.

Additionally, you will be expected to manage people, including performance and absence management, and oversee overall workshop performance and service levels.

Salary and Benefits:

We are offering a competitive annual salary of £40,000 - £50,000 (dependent on experience), plus a range of additional benefits, including:
