Key responsibilities include:

  • Issuing quotes and arranging shipments
  • Handling customs clearance and ensuring timely delivery
  • Building and maintaining close working relationships with customers, overseas partners, and internal teams
  • Providing continuous support and training to develop skills and knowledge within the freight forwarding industry

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer service environment, either face-to-face or over the phone
  • Prior experience in Road Freight and/or Exports is preferable
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills
  • An interest in the movement of goods/freight
  • Right to work in the UK (sponsorship for work permits not available)
