We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cabin Crew Performance Trainer to join our team at Jet2. As a key member of our Cabin Crew training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and coaching to our Cabin Crew teams, ensuring they meet the highest standards of service, safety, and sales.
Key Responsibilities- Training and Development: Identify and analyze training needs, making recommendations and ensuring objectives are SMART and aligned to business needs.
- Training Delivery: Deliver initial and recurrent training to Cabin Crew, ensuring they are trained to the highest standards of service, safety, and sales.
- Regulatory Compliance: Keep updated on Cabin Safety and Training Manuals and related regulatory procedures.
- Culture Development: Continuously look at ways to influence and improve the safety, service, and sales culture, making recommendations and obtaining buy-in from key stakeholders.
- Cabin Crew Experience: Held Cabin Crew Attestation for a minimum of two years and demonstrating role model behaviors.
- Leadership Experience: Experience of motivating and coaching teams.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.
- Passion for Development: A passion for helping others develop, as well as enhanced skills to write and deliver assessments.
- Industry Knowledge: If already employed by Jet2, an excellent knowledge of safety and standards.
- Training Experience: Prior training experience and held attestation for two years (if not already an SCCM at Jet2).
- Flexibility: Flexibility and willingness to travel to other bases, training venues, and to our training center in Bradford and Cheadle.
- Driving License: A Full Driving License is required for this role.
