Role & Responsibilities

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be crucial in ensuring that the quality systems and procedures are meticulously followed and continuously improved. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding and applying business quality standards to ensure company, customer, and legislative requirements are met.
  • Auditing compliance against quality management systems, raising non-conformances with objective evidence, and ensuring corrective actions are completed.
  • Completing product testing and internal audits as scheduled or requested, and assisting in full investigations for out-of-spec results and customer complaints.
  • Providing technical support and advice to factory teams, consulting with the Department Manager/Operations Quality Manager on technical issues such as prerequisite management, calibration, labelling, raw materials, and traceability.
  • Collaborating with production teams to continuously improve technical control.
  • Supporting New Product Development (NPD) trials and product launches, managing testing, and product life assessment to ensure manufacturing standards are met.

Shift Pattern:

  • 2 weeks of day shifts followed by 2 weeks of night shifts.
