Therapist Assistant

At Fairlie Healthcare, we are seeking a skilled Therapist Assistant to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Therapist Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting registered physiotherapists in the provision of a high-quality clinical service.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assist therapists in the delivery of patient care, ensuring the highest level of physical, cognitive, psychological, and social independence.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues from various disciplines to provide a comprehensive multidisciplinary intervention.
- To maintain professional standards, adhering to the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy guidelines.
- To stay up-to-date with research and evidence-based practices, implementing changes as requested by registered physiotherapists.
Requirements:
- Full right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
- Previous experience or qualification in physiotherapy (HCPC registered or qualified PT).
- Excellent communication skills.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.
