We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Search Consultant to join our team at PSD Group. As a key member of our Manchester office, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional recruitment solutions to our clients across various industries.
About the Role:
This is a 360-degree role where you will be expected to win business with new clients and deliver on all assignments. You will provide a creative approach to recruitment with exceptional levels of service and be a strong business developer to leverage both key and growth accounts as well as identify and grow new opportunities via effective networking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively build a client base from existing and new contacts and deliver a broad range of search and selection services.
- Deliver assignments at mid to senior level with a proven track record of achievement within a recruitment/executive search consultant role.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.

This position comes with a very competitive basic salary and an open-ended commission scheme which includes a 50% of net fees level. We offer flexible working arrangements to help you with your personal needs, and you can start your day any time up until 10am. When working remotely, we ensure that you are equipped with the right tools to still feel connected and effective from wherever you are working from.
