Job Title: Executive Search Consultant

Griffin Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Executive Search Consultant to join our team in Central Manchester.

As an Executive Search Consultant, you will be responsible for providing market research and intelligence on clients, analyzing and predicting trends within the current market, and creating long lists for client mandates.

You will also be responsible for headhunting candidates and generating short lists, developing new business and generating new leads, and networking with clients and candidates domestically and internationally.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be ambitious, motivated, and financially driven, and have a degree-educated background with good A-Level results.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have played competitive sport to a high level and be genuinely wanting to have a successful long-term career.

The role offers a competitive base salary, annual pay rise, and lucrative commission scheme, as well as full training and development and a fun, vibrant, and sociable culture.

Immediate, Summer, or September start dates are available, and the role is open to candidates from a Russell Group University with a strong academic background.
