Care Home Manager / Nursing Home Manager

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Care Home Manager / Nursing Home Manager to lead our Dementia care home in Cheshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents and ensuring the smooth operation of the home.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
* Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
* Lead a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care delivery
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care pathways and resident satisfaction
* Monitor and report on care home performance, identifying areas for improvement

**Requirements**

* Proven experience as a Care Home Manager / Nursing Home Manager, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality care
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
* Strong knowledge of care regulations and compliance, with the ability to ensure the care home meets all necessary standards
* Commercially aware, with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
