Are you an experienced Home Manager looking for a new challenge? We are working with a highly regarded elderly care provider who are seeking a skilled Home Manager to manage one of their Dementia homes in Cheshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a premier care provider that is known for delivering high-quality care. The care home offers dementia and nursing care to older people, including frail elderly and dementia services users.

The ideal candidate will have previous home management experience and a solid understanding of dementia and nursing care. They will also have strong care home management skills, excellent knowledge of quality, compliance, and regulations within a care home setting, and a commercially aware approach.

Key responsibilities will include managing a team of staff, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained, and promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
