Bank Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) - Nights Only

We are seeking a Bank Registered Mental Health Nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional care.

This role offers the opportunity to work bank night shifts at Cygnet Brunel, a leading provider of mental health services.

Job Responsibilities
  • Produce high-quality written reports based on nursing assessments and observations
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and improve the service
  • Attend training and engage in CPD to enhance knowledge and promote nursing excellence
  • Ensure individual care plans are complete and maintained in accordance with NMC guidelines
  • Administer prescribed medicines in accordance with healthcare procedures and guidelines

You:

An experienced RMN with a current Pin Number, you have:

  • The ability to maintain documentation and undertake audits with integrity
  • A good understanding of the latest nursing practices
  • A commitment to patient recovery and risk management
  • Compassion, resilience, and a dedication to empower and support service user independence
  • The ability to deputise in a clinical lead role
  • An interest in leadership, research, and assessment
