About the Role

As a highly skilled Research Nurse Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting research studies across our Trust, with a focus on cardiology. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to improving patient care.

The successful candidate will have recent healthcare experience in General Medicine/Surgery, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to further professional development. They will also be able to critically appraise and use validated results to improve practice.

Job Summary

  • Safely conduct research in cardiology and other areas
  • Select and recruit participants according to trial-specific criteria
  • Provide specialist advice and support for participants during the trial period
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data collection

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including flexible working, pension contributions, and regular conversations about career progression.
