As a key member of our recruitment team, you will actively manage client accounts, ensuring you are their go-to recruitment partner, while also supporting the candidate journey through compliance and engagement. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in recruitment or a related field, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional care. You will also have a deep understanding of the healthcare sector and be able to communicate complex ideas effectively to clients and candidates alike. We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including generous annual leave entitlement, career development pathway, company healthcare scheme, contributory pension scheme, high street and online discounts, birthday off, two charitable giving days, cycle to work scheme, and routine dental and optical cover.
