Job Overview

We are pleased to offer a challenging and rewarding full-time development post in our neurodevelopmental service, located in the beautiful North Wales region.

This role provides an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified Clinical Psychologist to develop their skills and expertise in a highly specialized multidisciplinary team, providing assessments and interventions for neuro-divergent children and young people and their families.

The successful candidate will contribute to the supervision of colleagues, including assistant psychologists, and provide training and teaching to support our innovative service improvement activities.

This post is part of a vibrant wider Child Psychology team, where quality improvement, supervision, and continued professional development are highly valued.

Main Duties
  1. Undertake a range of assessments and deliver appropriate therapeutic interventions, alongside some Care Co-ordination.

  3. Supervise others, deliver training, leadership, and service development.

We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist who has relevant experience and can evidence their commitment to clinical quality, evidence-based practice, and maintaining high professional standards for themselves and others.

The successful applicant will have a development plan and agree a target timescale for completion, depending on current skills and experience. Regular clinical supervision will be provided by a Senior Clinical Psychologist.
